Programme 01

Two Sentences

From knowing what you do to owning how you say it

You know your work. You have been doing it for years — with skill, with results, with people who came back.

And yet. Ask you to say what you do in two sentences, in a way that makes the right person immediately recognise themselves in it — and something stops.

This is not a confidence problem. It is a precision problem.

Two Sentences™ solves it — not by giving you a formula, but by helping you read what the market already knows about you, and building your articulation from that evidence, not from inspiration.

You leave with a working articulation of your work: precise enough for LinkedIn, your website, client conversations, and introductions. You start with one audience. Once you own one, you can write many.

What you will leave with

  • A working inventory of your skills read across every context and decade
  • A clear reading of what the market actually signals about you — in their words, not yours
  • The pattern that runs through your work, named precisely
  • A draft Essence sentence: your two sentences, built from evidence
  • The Essence Card — a reusable reflection instrument
  • Two peer conversations between sessions — test your thinking, get critical friend feedback, collect real signal from people who have experienced you

Session calendar — 10:00 CET

1

Q4 2026 — date TBA

Read the evidence. Inventory, market signal, pattern recognition. 60–70 min.

Between sessions — two weeks

Light reflection work. Two short peer conversations with your assigned group of three. First: what pattern do you see? Second: what did people say when you asked them how they would describe you? These do not have to be clients — anyone who has experienced you counts. If you cannot find anyone, your pod is real signal too.

2

Q4 2026 — date TBA

Name it. The gap, the draft, the two sentences. 60–70 min.

Programme 02

Building Something DEAR

A discipline for building what matters

Early bird pricing

Announced when registration opens — waitlist holders get it first.

Full price: 300 EUR ex. VAT (360 EUR incl. 20% VAT)

You can say what you do. You may even say it well.

The harder question is whether what you are building is still pointed at the right life.

Building Something DEAR™ is not a purpose workshop. It is not Sinek’s WHY. It is your private WHY — the one you do not have to publish, but need to be honest about.

A direction and sustainability check. Honest, practical, inward-facing. No peer sharing. Just you, the questions, and enough space to answer them without performing.

You leave with a named answer to the question most people spend years avoiding.

What the session covers

  • Direction — Is your practice building the life you want — or consuming it?
  • Energy — What gives you energy — and what is quietly taking it?
  • Action — One inch at a time. What is yours?
  • Recalibration — Change the route. Keep the direction.
  • The DEAR Self-Assessment worksheet — yours to keep and return to whenever you sense drift
  • One concrete commitment: the one inch that moves this week

Session calendar — 10:00 CET

1

Q4 2026 — date TBA

Single session, 90–120 minutes. Individual reflection throughout. No breakout rooms. What you write stays with you.

Joining both programmes? A bundle will be available for the Q4 cohort — saving you on both.

Early bird bundle pricing announced when registration opens — waitlist holders get it first.

Which one is for you

Two programmes.
Different problems.
You can start with either.

Two Sentences™ works on the outside — how your work is expressed and perceived. Building Something DEAR™ works on the inside — whether what you are building is still serving the life you are trying to build.

One leads naturally to the other. The order depends on where you are right now. Some people need both. Many start with one and return for the other in Q4.

The next cohort runs in Q4 2026. What you name in the first programme, you will understand differently by the time the second one begins.

In Q4, the work continues: who specifically needs what you do, and how your skills match what they need. And for those ready to go further — the Interest Is Not Enough™ programme.

Two Sentences

If you know your work but cannot say it in a way that lands with the right people.

Building Something DEAR

If you can say what you do but are not sure it is still pointed at the right life. Also a natural first step if you want to experience the work before committing to a longer programme.

L

Who runs these programmes

Liviu Petri

I work with experienced professionals who are rebuilding their practice — after corporate life, after a pivot, or after years of doing good work that is not landing the way it should.

Over the past year I have run sessions on these questions at EMCC events in Zagreb, Bucharest, Brussels, and online — across five countries. The same sentence kept coming back in every room: “I find it really difficult to say what I do in two sentences.” These programmes are the structured answer to that.

FutureIsMade is built on the belief that professional presence is not about visibility. It is about precision — saying the right thing, to the right person, in a way that makes them recognise themselves in it.
